Preparation for the written test of the Spanish rural guard selection process: sixty questions in sixty-three minutes. The mock spreads the twelve blocks of the official syllabus in the same proportion as the real paper and marks it the same way: one point per correct answer, nothing subtracted for a wrong one. The same app covers the two specialities, game warden and sea-fishery warden, each with its own twenty-question test in twenty-one minutes.

Frequently asked
How many questions does the rural guard exam have?
Sixty scored questions plus three reserve ones, with sixty-three minutes to answer them: 63 questions in 63 minutes, one minute each.
Do wrong answers subtract marks?
No. The paper is marked at one point per correct answer and wrong answers subtract nothing. Since a blank costs exactly as much as a mistake, in this exam it pays to answer all sixty.
What are the three reserve questions for?
You answer them like the rest, but they only count towards your mark if the board annuls one of the scored questions, and they are applied in order.
What is the pass mark?
Thirty out of sixty, half the points. Some summary pages describe it as “5 out of 10”; the threshold is the same, but the published rules count in points rather than on a ten-point scale.
Is there a physical test?
Yes. There are two eliminatory tests in order: the knowledge paper first, then physical aptitude. The app prepares the first one.
Does it work for the game-keeper and sea-fishery specialities?
Yes. When you open the app you choose your test: rural guard, game warden or sea-fishery warden. Each speciality has its own bank built on its syllabus (points 1.2 and 1.3 of annex 1) and its own mock of 20 questions in 21 minutes with a pass from 10, as set by rules 4.1.2 and 4.1.3. To sit a speciality you must already be a rural guard or be applying for that licence.
