If you think a question is wrong

This is the email we care about most. Send us the question or a screenshot and, if you can, the rule you believe says otherwise. Every question in our apps keeps the article it comes from, so checking is quick: if you are right, the question is fixed and the fix ships in the next content update.

Subscriptions: change or cancel

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. You cancel them on the device itself: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → pick the app → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and access stays on until then.

We cannot cancel or change your subscription for you, because we have no access to your Apple account or your payment details.

Refunds

Refunds are also Apple’s decision. The route is reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID. If you need us to explain something in writing for your request, tell us and we will.

I changed phone and lost access

In the app, open Settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Since there are no user accounts, the purchase travels with your Apple ID rather than with an account of ours.

Progress, on the other hand, lives only on the device: on a new phone it starts from zero, and that is deliberate — we do not upload your answers to any server.

Erase my progress

Settings → Erase my progress, inside the app. It removes your answers, saved mistakes, mock history and exam date. Uninstalling the app removes them just the same.

Requirements

iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later. The apps work offline; you only need a connection to buy or restore access.
