Oposiciones Justicia Test
App for the Spanish Justice civil-service exams
One app and one subscription for the three court civil-service bodies in the current call. The mock reproduces the exercises of each body with its time, scale and penalty: Auxilio, a 100-question test and two case studies; Tramitación, test and a case study; Gestión, test, a case study and five written questions. To study, each session takes one article: you answer first, then see the explanation with the literal text of the law, compare with a second case and solve a new situation without hints. What you studied comes back after a pause as a new task, scheduled from your own answers.
Who it is for
Candidates for the three Spanish court civil-service bodies: Auxilio Judicial (C2), Tramitación (C1) and Gestión (A2).
The exam
How it is marked
In the test of all three bodies, +0.60 per correct answer and −0.15 per wrong one out of 60 points, with a minimum of 30; blanks score nothing. Each exercise has its own minimum and you must pass all of them: a good test does not make up for a case study below its minimum.

FAQ
Frequently asked
Does it cover all three bodies?
Yes. When you open it you choose Auxilio Judicial, Tramitación or Gestión, each with its own bank, progress and mock, and you can switch at any time. One subscription covers all three.
Are these official exam questions?
No. We write them from the consolidated texts of the law, and each one carries the article and the literal quote that answers it. The list of sources is at xmax.es/fuentes/justicia.
What is free?
One session a day — the first study session or a ten-question test — and the first topic of the syllabus. Full mocks, case studies, written questions, reviews and flashcards are in Premium.
Does it include the third Tramitación exercise?
Not yet. The office-software exercise of Tramitación is not in the app; the Tramitación mock covers the test and the case study.
Independent preparation app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ministerio de la Presidencia, Justicia y Relaciones con las Cortes or any other official body. Passing inside the app does not produce a certificate accepted by any authority.
