1. What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of the apps published by X MAXIMUS LABS, S.L. on the App Store and of the content on this website. By using one of our apps you accept them.

In addition, and taking precedence on everything to do with download and payment, Apple’s standard application licence applies (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), because distribution and payment are handled by Apple, not by us.

2. What the free version includes

The first 30 questions of each app, with their full explanation and the quoted rule, are free and require no sign-up, email or account. Full mocks, the complete bank and the revision tools are part of full access.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Each app offers three ways to get full access: a weekly subscription, a monthly subscription and a one-off lifetime purchase. Current prices are:

Prices are shown by the App Store in your currency with applicable taxes, and those are the ones that prevail at the moment of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand, and Apple charges your Apple ID.

You can manage and cancel them under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your own device. We cannot do it for you because we have no access to your Apple account. The detail is on the support page.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled and decided by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com. This is digital content with immediate access, so the general right of withdrawal may not apply as such; in any case Apple’s policies and the applicable consumer law govern.

5. Use of the content

The questions, their explanations, the reasoning for each option and the references to the rules are our own work. You may use them to prepare for your exam, as often as you like and on the devices associated with your Apple ID. You may not extract them systematically, copy them in bulk, or reproduce or redistribute them in another app, website, channel or publication.

6. What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will pass. Our apps reproduce the real exam’s format and marking rule and tell you the mark you would get today, but the outcome depends on you and on the examining board. We also do not guarantee that the real exam’s questions will match ours: we neither publish nor copy official banks, we write questions from the rules.

Content is updated when a rule changes, but time can pass between a reform and an update. The official source always prevails over what the app says.

We may amend these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. For any question write to info@xmax.es.

Governing law: Spanish law. Jurisdiction: the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to the forum consumers are entitled to by law.
