Under the General Traffic Regulations (RGC), a motorcycle rider must carry, as well as the driving licence, the vehicle inspection (ITV) card and the vehicle registration certificate. This shows that the vehicle meets the safety and technical requirements to be driven. Not having any of these documents can lead to penalties from the authorities.
