Correct answer
- CCuando esté estacionado en doble fila sin conductor. When it is double-parked without the driver.
Double-parking without the driver is considered to seriously obstruct traffic, because the vehicle is left in the flow of traffic. This type of parking usually blocks a lane of the road, making it hard for other vehicles to get through. Alongside parked vehicles (in double file), only stopping is allowed: it must last less than 2 minutes, the driver must not leave the vehicle, there must be no space nearby and traffic must not be obstructed.
