Correct answer
- BEl conductor y, si es menor de edad, sus padres o tutores legales, solidariamente. The driver and, if the driver is a minor, their parents or legal guardians, jointly.
Responsibility for offences against traffic rules lies directly with the driver who committed the act that makes up the offence, because whoever breaks the rule is responsible for it. However, as an exception, when the offence is committed by a driver under 18, their parents, guardians, foster carers and legal or de facto carers are jointly responsible with them for the fine imposed.
