Correct answer

  • CSí, si dispone de hasta 9 plazas incluido el conductor y no supera los 3500 kg de MMA.Yes, if it has up to 9 seats including the driver's and does not exceed a MAM of 3,500 kg.
Explanation

The B licence allows you to drive motor cars with a maximum authorised mass of up to 3,500 kg designed for no more than eight passengers plus the driver, that is, up to 9 seats in total. A pick-up within both limits can be driven with the B licence, with no minimum period of holding the licence.
