Correct answer
- AEl motor deja de asistir al alcanzar los 25 km/h y no supera cierta potencia. The motor stops assisting when it reaches 25 km/h and does not exceed a certain power.
Explanation
Under Annex II of the General Vehicle Regulations (RGV), a pedal-assisted cycle has an auxiliary electric motor of up to 250 W that cuts out before reaching 25 km/h or if you stop pedalling. A “powered cycle” (ciclo de motor) is a different category and is not considered a bicycle.
