According to Article 4.2 of the General Driver Regulations (Reglamento General de Conductores), a B licence allows you to drive cars, mopeds and vehicles for people with reduced mobility, among others. Once it has been held for more than 3 years, it also allows you, within Spain, to ride the motorcycles covered by the A1 licence, but never those covered by the A licence.
