Correct answer

  • CEl permiso de circulación.The vehicle registration certificate.
Explanation

The vehicle registration certificate is the document that contains the vehicle's details, such as the number plate, the date of registration and the number of seats. So by checking the vehicle registration certificate you can find out whether a passenger is allowed on the moped.
