Correct answer
- Cvehículos que no sean capaces de alcanzar en llano 60 km/h.vehicles that cannot reach 60 km/h on level ground.
Motorways (autopistas) and dual carriageways (autovías) may be used by motor cars that can reach 60 km/h on level ground (the minimum speed for these roads) and by special vehicles if they can exceed that speed, or if they exceed the standard masses and dimensions and their special permit says so. They may not be used by cycles, mopeds, vehicles for people with reduced mobility, pedestrians, animals, animal-drawn vehicles or personal mobility vehicles. However, cyclists over 14 may ride on the hard shoulders of dual carriageways (autovías), unless signs prohibit it.
