Correct answer

You may overtake the car with the trailer provided you do not exceed 120 kilometres per hour. Although the car with the trailer is driving at its own maximum permitted speed, you as a driver may overtake it, always keeping to the speed limit that applies to your vehicle on the dual carriageway.
