In two-way tunnels or underpasses, overtaking is prohibited unless there is more than one lane in your direction, in which case you may overtake without entering the opposite direction. On the other hand, overtaking is always prohibited in tunnels, underpasses and stretches of road covered by the 'Tunnel' sign where there is only one lane in the direction of the vehicle that intends to overtake.
