Correct answer
- BA todos los que circulen por la vía pavimentada. To all vehicles on the paved road.
Article 57.1 of the General Traffic Regulations states that vehicles on a paved road have priority over those coming from an unpaved road. So a vehicle coming out of an unpaved road must give way to all vehicles on the paved road, whichever direction they are coming from. This is essential for road safety and for traffic to flow properly.
