Correct answer
- Ainsuficientemente iluminada fuera de poblado.insufficiently lit, outside built-up areas.
Explanation
Under Article 100 of the General Traffic Regulations (RGC), main beam is compulsory at night, outside built-up areas, on insufficiently lit roads and at more than 40 km/h. A road is insufficiently lit if you cannot read a number plate at 10 m or make out a dark-coloured vehicle at 50 m.
