Whenever a driver enters a public road from a purely private road, from a service area or from an adjoining property, they must make sure they can do so safely, drive at a speed that lets them stop immediately, and give way to vehicles on that road, whichever direction they are travelling in. In this case the vehicle on the right is joining the traffic from a garage, so it is the one that must give way.
