If you need to move an injured person, move them as a rigid block (at least 3 people). Injured people should be transported by ambulance. However, in cases of extreme urgency you may use a private vehicle (obeying all traffic rules): - When it has been impossible to call for medical help by any means. - When the person's condition gets seriously worse and medical help does not arrive. - When more than 30 minutes have passed since you called for help and the injured person has bleeding that cannot be stopped, increasing signs of shock, or a tourniquet.
