Correct answer
- Bno colocarse correctamente en la calzada o en los arcenes.not positioning themselves correctly on the carriageway or the hard shoulder.
Under Article 122 of the General Traffic Regulations (as worded by RD 518/2026), when there is no usable pedestrian area, pedestrians must walk on the left-hand hard shoulder in their direction of travel or, if there is none, on the carriageway, as far as possible from traffic, keeping close to the outer edge and walking one behind the other. Not positioning themselves correctly on the carriageway or the hard shoulder is a common risky behaviour.
