Correct answer

The most important rules to avoid an accident caused by sleepiness or fatigue are: if we feel tired or sleepy while driving, the best thing is to stop and rest in a suitable place and sleep for about 20 or 30 minutes; rest for 20 to 30 minutes every 2 hours or every 200 kilometres at most; always watch for the signs and symptoms of sleepiness or fatigue. Coffee or stimulant products help at first, because they remove the feeling of tiredness, but after a while the feeling comes back even stronger.
