Explanation

Under Annex XI of the General Vehicle Regulations (RGV), sign V-13 (L) must be placed at the rear left of the vehicle, where it can be seen. If tinted windows prevent it from being seen from outside, it is placed on the outside, for example as a sticker, so that it is visible.
