Under Article 4 of the General Driver Regulations (Reglamento General de Conductores), with a B licence held for more than three years you may ride the motorcycles covered by the A1 licence, up to 125 cm³ and 11 kW, but only within Spain. To ride them in other countries you need an A1 licence.
