The vehicle registration certificate states, among other things, the number of authorised seats on the motorcycle, so we may carry a passenger when this document says so. When carrying a passenger is allowed, the passenger must be over 12 years old. Exceptionally, children over seven may also ride on the motorcycle when the driver is their father, mother, legal guardian or an authorised adult.
