Correct answer

  • ANo modificar la velocidad. Not change speed.
Explanation

A driver who notices that a vehicle behind intends to overtake them is obliged to keep to the right-hand edge of the carriageway without entering the hard shoulder, except in cases where they must keep to the left. They must not change the speed at which they are travelling, although they must reduce it if a dangerous situation arises, unless the overtaking driver slows down, in which case they must make it easier for that driver to return to their lane. The driver of the vehicle being overtaken is prohibited from increasing speed or making manoeuvres that prevent or hinder the overtaking.
