Special vehicles or vehicles carrying abnormal loads, among others, must use an amber rotating beacon, visible from all directions at a distance of 100 m, both day and night, whenever they travel on public roads at a speed not exceeding 40 kilometres per hour. If this V-2 light signal breaks down, they must use the dipped headlights together with the hazard warning lights. This light only shows where the vehicles are; it does not give them priority.
