Every motor vehicle and moped driving between sunset and sunrise on well-lit roads, inside or outside built-up areas, or at any time of day in well-lit tunnels and other stretches of road covered by the 'Tunnel' sign, must have dipped headlights on as well as the position lights. It must also have these lights on in built-up areas when the road is poorly lit.
