Special vehicles that do not exceed the masses or dimensions set in vehicle regulations, quadricycles and light quadricycles. 9. Three-wheeled vehicles, motorcycles with sidecars and three-wheeled mopeds. 10. Motorcycles, two-wheeled mopeds and bicycles. So in this case the car with a trailer has right of way over the lorry.
