Correct answer
- BLa inmovilización del vehículo por necesidades de la circulación.Bringing the vehicle to a standstill because of traffic needs.
A halt (detención) is the accidental or momentary immobilisation of a vehicle because of an emergency, because of traffic needs or to comply with a rule. Both stopping (parada) and parking are voluntary immobilisations, meaning that the driver chooses to make them. Stopping must be done without leaving the vehicle and for less than 2 minutes. Parking, on the other hand, is when the driver leaves the vehicle or the 2-minute limit is exceeded.
