Correct answer

  • CQue se dedica a prestar servicios públicosThat the vehicle provides public services.
Explanation

Under Annex XI of the General Vehicle Regulations (Reglamento General de Vehículos), the V-9 sign (S.P.) indicates that the vehicle provides public services, such as a taxi or a scheduled bus. It is placed next to the number plates, and the rear one must be lit like the number plate.
