Correct answer

The head restraint is an important passive safety feature that can greatly reduce the chance of neck injuries. Adjusting it correctly is vital, in both the front and the rear seats: - The top edge of the head restraint must be between the top of the head and eye level. - There should be no gap between the driver's head and the head restraint, or as small a gap as possible, never more than 4 cm.
