Dipped headlights must be used together with the position lights at any time of day, on roads inside and outside built-up areas, in weather or environmental conditions that greatly reduce visibility, such as fog, heavy rain, snowfall, clouds of smoke or dust, or any similar situation. In these cases, dipped headlights may be used alone or together with the front fog light.
