Correct answer
- BSe tenga prioridad de paso y esté señalizado. You have right of way and it is signposted.
Explanation
Under Article 87 of the General Traffic Regulations (RGC), overtaking at and near junctions is prohibited. One of the exceptions is when you are travelling on a road that has priority at the junction and there is a specific sign showing this; having priority without a sign is not enough.
