Correct answer
- BDetener el vehículo sin crear peligro, avisar a la autoridad o sus agentes y auxiliar a los heridos.Stop the vehicle without creating danger, alert the authorities or their officers, and help the injured.
In a road accident where people may be killed or seriously injured, the rules (specifically Article 129 of the General Traffic Regulations) say that those involved must help the victims and alert the competent authorities. This includes stopping safely, assessing the accident, helping the injured and not altering the evidence of the accident. Driving on without helping, or removing evidence, goes against this legal duty and can be punished.
