Correct answer

  • CLa proximidad de una línea continua. That a continuous line is coming up.
Explanation

An arrow placed roughly on the centre line of a two-way carriageway and pointing to the right announces that you are approaching a continuous line that prohibits driving to its left, and therefore shows that every driver must move as soon as possible into the lane to the right of the arrow. Do not confuse it with the end-of-lane arrow.
