Since 2019 the general limit on conventional roads for cars and motorcycles has been 90 km/h, whatever the hard shoulder. The old limit of 100 km/h on conventional roads with a paved hard shoulder of 1.5 metres no longer exists (Article 48.1.a of the General Traffic Regulations).
