Under Article 94.1.d of the General Traffic Regulations (RGC), stopping is prohibited at and near junctions if it makes turning difficult for other vehicles or, outside built-up areas, if it creates danger through lack of visibility. Where stopping is prohibited, parking is also prohibited (Article 94.2.a).
