Correct answer

  • CPara inmovilizar el vehículo en el arcén fuera de poblado. To stop the vehicle on the hard shoulder outside a built-up area.
Explanation

According to Article 105.1 of the General Traffic Regulations, any vehicle immobilised between sunset and sunrise must have only the position lights on (and, where applicable, the end-outline marker lights). This rule applies when the vehicle is parked or stopped, for example on a hard shoulder outside a built-up area. By contrast, while the vehicle is moving, even on well-lit streets or roads, the regulations require dipped headlights and, in poor light, also main beam; driving with only the position lights is not allowed.
