Correct answer
- CTarda más tiempo en reaccionar ante una situación de riesgo. They take longer to react to a risky situation.
Explanation
A distraction, even one lasting a couple of seconds, makes the driver slower to spot a danger and react, and during that time the vehicle keeps moving without control. That is why Article 18.1 of the RGC requires drivers to pay constant attention to driving.
