Correct answer
- BSí.Yes.
Minors who are 1.35 m tall or less must sit in the rear seats of the vehicle, always using an approved restraint system suited to their height and weight. There are three exceptions in which minors below that height may travel in the front seat: 1. When the vehicle has no rear seats. 2. When all the rear seats are already taken by minors in the same situation, so it is impossible to fit all the child seats needed at that moment. 3. When it is not possible to fit child restraint systems in those seats. When minors are taller than 1.35 m, they may sit in the front seat using the adult seat belt. In this case, as the minor is 1.40 m tall, they may travel in the front seat using the seat belt.
