On the road in the photo, which lane must you normally use?

Explanation
Outside built-up areas, on carriageways with more than one lane in the same direction, you normally drive in the right-hand lane and use the others when traffic or road conditions make it advisable (Article 31.1 of the General Traffic Regulations).
