Correct answer
- Clas bicicletas.bicycles.
Under the General Traffic Regulations, vehicles using the hard shoulder are generally forbidden to ride side by side, except bicycles, which may ride two abreast. This exception allows bicycles, which are lighter vehicles without an engine, to share the space more safely and efficiently, especially in traffic. The article that regulates this aims to protect cyclists while keeping traffic flowing efficiently.
