Correct answer
- BEmite gases contaminantes o ruidos por encima de los máximos legales.gives off polluting gases or noise above the legal limits.
Explanation
When we start our vehicle's engine, it gives off fumes and polluting residues and makes noise. The law sets the maximum levels of noise and pollution an engine may give off. If our vehicle is being driven above these legal limits, the officers, besides imposing the corresponding fine, may immobilise it.
