Under Article 48.1.a) of the General Traffic Regulations, lorries and motor cars towing a trailer, whether light or not, have a maximum of 90 km/h on motorways and dual carriageways and 80 km/h on conventional roads. So a lorry with a light trailer may drive at 90 km/h.
