When riding in light fog at any time of day, both inside and outside built-up areas, we must use the dipped headlight together with the position light and, if fitted, the front fog light. We only use the rear fog light when the weather or environmental conditions are especially unfavourable, such as thick fog, very heavy rain, heavy snowfall or dense clouds of dust or smoke.
