On a narrow stretch with no signs, the vehicle that entered first goes first; if in doubt, right of way goes to the vehicle that finds it harder to manoeuvre (Article 60.1 of the General Traffic Regulations). In the order of Article 62.1, lorries come before cars, so the car reverses.
