Otherwise, the driver must not make the manoeuvre and must wait for the right moment. If, while waiting on the carriageway to make the manoeuvre, the vehicle prevents the vehicles behind from continuing, the driver must leave the carriageway on the right, if possible, until traffic conditions allow the manoeuvre. The manoeuvre must be done in a single turn and without reversing. If this is not possible, the U-turn is prohibited.
