Correct answer
- BIndica que se debe extremar la precaución y, en su caso, ceder el paso.It indicates that you must take extra care and, where appropriate, give way.
Explanation
A flashing amber light requires you to take extra care and, where appropriate, to give way, as the signs indicate. It does not mean the road is closed, and it does not exempt you from obeying other signs that require you to stop.
