Hazard warning lights means all the vehicle's indicators flashing at the same time. Their purpose is to warn of the danger caused by the vehicle's position because of an emergency (breakdown, accident, etc.). They must be used in any emergency, whether the vehicle is stopped or moving (breakdown, accident, taking injured people to hospital, etc.), and when the vehicle cannot reach the required minimum speed and there is a risk of being hit from behind.
