Correct answer
- BDe forma que no arrastre, que no pueda caerse ni desplazarse de forma peligrosa. So that it does not drag and cannot fall or shift dangerously.
The load carried in a vehicle, and any accessories used to secure or protect it, must be arranged and, if necessary, fastened so that they cannot: a) drag, fall fully or partly, or shift dangerously; b) affect the stability of the vehicle; c) cause avoidable noise, dust or other nuisance; d) cover the lights or light signals, the compulsory plates or markings, or the driver's hand signals. Materials that give off dust or may fall must always be carried fully and effectively covered. Loads that are unpleasant, harmful, unhealthy or dangerous, or that need special packing or stowing, must also follow the specific rules on the matter.
