Correct answer
- BEl alumbrado de cruce, pudiendo utilizar el de carretera si no deslumbra a otros usuarios.Dipped headlights, and you may use the main beam if it does not dazzle other road users.
Explanation
On insufficiently lit interurban roads, the main beam is compulsory at more than 40 km/h. At 40 km/h or less dipped headlights are enough, although the main beam may also be used if it does not dazzle anyone (Articles 100 and 101 of the General Traffic Regulations).
